If you like water views, luxury and impressive scenery, Havneøen in Vejle is the place to settle down. Sleek residential towers rise above the horizon, ensuring every resident has a lovely view. Havneøen has been developed in a collaboration between turnkey contractor NRE Denmark A/S, KIRK Property A/S and Arkitema Architects. They have already constructed 55 condominiums in four buildings. Five more buildings are planned.

“Havneøen is a project that has been underway for quite a while. The whole island had to be built before we could get access and begin construction of the towers, so it has taken some time before we could really get started,” notes NRE Site Manager, Andreas Fjederholt.

“Havneøen offers one of the most outstanding locations in Denmark, and will be transformed into a new landmark for Vejle over the next few years. It’s really great to see this part finished now, especially since the first four buildings are in the front two rows to Vejle Fjord. This location has resulted in some incredible views,” adds Andreas Fjederholt.

It is not just the views that are outstanding. All apartments have been designed to optimally utilise the space, and have huge window sections and balconies with lots of space for outdoor furniture. But most importantly, the heart of the home – the kitchen from uno form – has been built with an eye for quality, design and the wishes of the coming residents.

“Firstly, we chose uno form because we know they deliver on quality. The kitchens on Havneøen have to be as exclusive as the apartments. That requires a certain standard, which uno form always meets. They offer excellent details and quality, which are both essential in a project like Havneøen,” notes Andreas Fjederholt.

Quality has been a cornerstone, in relation to both views and kitchens, but during the construction of Havneøen, it was also important that each buyer had the opportunity to influence their future kitchen.

“For a project like this, there is no ‘one size fits all’, especially for something as important as the kitchen. We have therefore allowed buyers to select among various kitchen options from uno form, and to jointly design their future dream kitchen,” explains Andreas Fjederholt.

“So even though 25 apartments have been built with the same style and design, there are actually 15 different kitchens in play. This is something buyers have really appreciated that uno form has helped to facilitate.”
